Antonietta Covino-Beehre gave a great workshop in Saline Etch. Members of the Goldfields Printmakers who participated in the workshop were Melissa Proposch, Loris Button and James Pasakos - there were another two Printmakers from the public who also participated in the workshop and thoroughly enjoyed it.
It was a relaxing day with much valuable information passed on. We enjoyed the day and we thank Antonietta the artist and Edith from the Firestation gallery in the organisation of it all. What a fantastic opening it was. It was a lovely day and many came to support this group exhibition by the Goldfields Printmakers. The local community embraced it and many of the GP artists came and supported it. It was a day to celebrate and connect with the Firestation Gallery and other artists.
Thanks to David Pudney, Anne Langdon, Janette Wotherspoon, Loris Button and Jimmy Pasakos who assisted in putting all the art works, mounts together into the frames. Thanks to the artists who participated in the exhibition and supported it many ways. Thanks goes to Dr Carole Wilson, Arts Academy, Fed Uni Aus - Ballarat for accepting and opening the exhibition. The show looked great and the feedback was very positive and encouraging - well done everyone. Please enjoy some of the photos: |
