Hello, and welcome to Goldfields Printmakers, hopefully this component will consist of news and discussion of what is going in the Goldfields areas and beyond. With your assistance the blog will endeavour to provide up to date information on workshops, openings and so on. I envisage a Goldfields Printmakers exhibition in 2013 so stay tuned.

Hi Jpasakos,

Great idea and congratulations for this initiative! I hope to hear about and view some exciting news about what is happening in the printmaking world. The Post Office Gallery, University of Ballarat, hosts a ongoing program of exhibitions which includes the work of printmakers from within and outside the University. If you are interested in putting together a group show please get in touch! All the best!

'Sharing Our Journey in Print' is an exhibition by Barbara Semler, Liz Carkeek, Anne Tyndall, Joan Halpin, Patricia Kennedy, Cheryl Fyffe, Josephine Walsh and Lorraine Durant.
The exhibition will be at Dudley House, 60 View Street, Bendigo.
17 March - 1 April. Open Every Day 10am-5pm

"A group of exhibition by eight printmakers who originally met through Bendigo Tafe and have continued to explore printmaking processes such as woodcuts, lino, drypoint, solar plate, collagraphs, monotype and mezzotint."
